About the Event


Treatment of Lung Cancer – Controversies is an annual workshop bringing together leading experts in thoracic oncology to debate the most pressing clinical questions of our time.

Through short lectures and pro–con debates, participants engage in structured discussions, draw conclusions, and vote on key controversies — fostering open dialogue between specialists from around the world.

The 2026 edition takes place on 6–7 November at the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (ICBAS), University of Porto, Portugal.
